Our quail are harvested at 6 weeks of age, when they offer peak nutrition as hawk food. The average weight of our 6-week quail is 7.5 ounces. Birds are packed 80 per box in a double-insulated box with a frozen gel pack. We ship every other Monday via UPS Ground, and birds are guaranteed frozen through delivery on Thursday. If you live outside our 3-day delivery area (see map at bottom of page), please contact us for alternate shipping options.

Unfortunately we are in the process of a large move of our home and business and we will be closing production for at minimum a few months while we work to get things up and operational again.
